We started by solving hiring for India's blue and grey-collar workforce — the people running deliveries, shifts and shopfloors. We're still solving it, one workplace at a time.
Our story
From a hiring problem to a workforce platform
India's frontline workforce is often just a headcount — hired informally, paid inconsistently, with no professional identity and few ways to grow. We started Workex in 2017 to change that, one job post at a time.
Today, Workex is India's only end-to-end platform covering the full life of a hire: sourcing and screening, attendance and payroll, compliance, and — most recently — AI-assisted voice screening. Same mission, more of the journey covered.

Started by solving blue & grey-collar hiring for local businesses.

Scaled job posting and candidate matching to 50 Lakh+ candidates nationwide.

Launched Manage Staff — attendance, payroll and compliance in one dashboard.
